Role Description The Area Sales Manager (uPVC Doors and Windows) is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Concord Ecobuild products within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves daily interaction with dealers, fabricators, builders, and contractors to promote uPVC doors and windows solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, managing existing accounts, conducting product presentations and site visits, and ensuring timely order follow-up and collections. The role also includes tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support pricing, promotional strategies, and continuous improvement. The Area Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills in building materials, fenestration, or related industries, with experience managing regional territories.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, and contractors, including effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in planning and executing sales targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and basic reporting using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Sound understanding of uPVC doors and windows, construction processes, and project cycles, or willingness to rapidly learn technical product details.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and technical features to diverse customer groups.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle fieldwork, frequent customer visits, and on-site follow-ups in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in uPVC or building products sales is highly preferred.
Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to use technology for sales reporting and coordination.
