Social Media and Content Coordinator (Beauty industry)

Job Description:
Research, create, and publish engaging content across the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
Draft articles, social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Coordinate content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of content across all communication channels.
Support the creation of corporate presentations, brochures, case studies, client success stories, and promotional materials.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and audience engagement.
Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries received through social media channels and coordinate responses with relevant departments.
Assist in maintaining and updating website content and digital marketing assets.
Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and content editing skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools.
Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
