At Ananta Artha Realty, we’re looking for ambitious, articulate professionals to advise High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and NRI clients on premium residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome

The Opportunity
This role brings together client advisory, business development, and relationship management. You’ll own the client journey—from identifying prospects and understanding their requirements to presenting suitable properties, coordinating private showcases, and closing transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent follow-ups.
Build relationships with HNI, Ultra-HNI, and NRI clients, understanding their investment objectives, preferences, and budgets.
Offer personalised property recommendations supported by market research, project comparisons, and a clear explanation of opportunities and risks.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits with professionalism and attention to detail.
Manage the sales process from the first conversation through negotiation, booking, documentation coordination, and closure.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Maintain an organised pipeline, work towards sales targets, and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in initiating conversations and building trust with discerning clients.
A proactive mindset, commercial awareness, and ownership of follow-ups and outcomes.
An interest in luxury real estate and a willingness to develop market knowledge.
Experience in real estate, sales, business development, hospitality, banking, or client relationship management is welcome.
