Store Executive (Asst. Officer / Supervisor / Sr. Assistant)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Management professional to manage material inward, inventory, documentation and day-to-day store operations at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Receive materials and verify quantity, quality and details as per Purchase Orders.
Prepare MRN and maintain accurate inward and material records.
Maintain stock statements and inventory levels as per minimum/maximum requirements.
Maintain Inventory, Miscellaneous Stock and Returnable/Non-returnable item records.
Control freight, loading/unloading and monthly material issues.
Prepare Gate Passes, Challans, P.R., stock statements and Store MIS.
Ensure all Store MIS and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Diploma; relevant Store Management qualification preferred.
Experience in Stores, Inventory or Material Management in a manufacturing industry preferred.
Good knowledge of documentation, inventory control and basic computer/ERP operations.
