Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Raigarh. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, reviewing and validating financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. The role will collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, capital investments, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies. The CFO will lead and develop the finance team, implement process improvements, liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, and provide clear financial insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate performance, manage risk, and support strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to manage budgets, forecasts, and regulatory/compliance reporting.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to accounting standards.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, steel, or related industries.
Advanced proficiency in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks relevant to corporate entities.
Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams, drive process improvements, and implement financial systems and controls.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and external partners.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent is highly desirable.
