Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Touristay Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. Consultant at Gen T Journeys will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, preparing itineraries and cost estimates, and managing reservations and travel documentation. The role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, and local vendors, resolving booking issues, and providing timely updates and support before and during travel. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to design tailored itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodation, and ground transport efficiently.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as an advantage.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems or travel booking platforms.
