Role Description The Entrepreneur role at FOREEVER Business Platform is a full-time, on-site position based in Khurda. In this role, the individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, design and refine business models, and manage day-to-day operations of assigned ventures. Responsibilities include market research, building partnerships, overseeing basic financial and administrative tasks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to implement growth strategies. The Entrepreneur will also be expected to set short- and long-term goals, track performance, and adapt plans based on data and feedback. Collaboration with the wider FOREEVER team to share insights, address challenges, and improve overall platform outcomes is an important part of the role.
Qualifications
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, including initiative, resilience, and willingness to take responsibility for business outcomes.
Strong business understanding, with basic knowledge of market analysis, budgeting, and planning.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Khurda, collaborate in person, and engage with local stakeholders.
Comfort with using digital tools for documentation, communication, and basic data tracking.
Prior experience in starting or managing a small business, project, or venture is an advantage.
Relevant education in business, entrepreneurship, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
