Pre-Sales Intern | Remote | ₹5,000/Month + Performance Incentives

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-oriented Pre-Sales Intern to join our team.
The role involves identifying potential students and parents online, reaching out to prospective customers through LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls, and introducing them to Hello Study Global's training and admissions counselling services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential prospects through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Reach out to prospective students and parents through social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Introduce prospects to Hello Study Global's services and understand their requirements.
Generate and qualify leads for the admissions counselling and test preparation teams.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the team to convert qualified leads into consultations and enrolments.
Explore new channels and approaches for generating prospective student leads.
Meet weekly/monthly outreach and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a college/university degree.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students, parents, and prospective customers.
Good presence and activity on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Comfortable making phone calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
Good research and lead-generation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, lead generation, or customer outreach will be preferred.
Candidates based in metro cities will be preferred.
