We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly personable individuals to join Meridian as Business Development & Relationship Managers, known internally as Relationship Curators.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a highly people-focused position centred on building relationships, growing professional networks and creating exceptional member experiences.
As a Relationship Curator, you will act as the primary relationship holder for an allocated portfolio of members within your region. You will spend your time meeting people, attending events, facilitating introductions, supporting members and helping to develop a vibrant and engaged membership community.
You will become a key representative of Meridian within your area, helping prospective members understand the organisation whilst ensuring existing members receive an exceptional experience.
Whilst support will be provided through administration, document control, event coordination and leadership functions, you will be responsible for coordinating member engagement and activities within your region.
This opportunity offers significant flexibility and can be pursued on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on your availability and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth
Meeting prospective members
Introducing suitable individuals to Meridian
Explaining the membership proposition
Supporting candidates through the application process
Coordinating membership applications and supporting documentation
Generating referrals and introductions
Member Experience
Acting as the primary relationship contact for assigned members
Maintaining regular contact with members
Understanding member goals, interests and objectives
Supporting member engagement and participation
Identifying opportunities to add value to members
Coordinating support where required
Introductions & Relationship Building
Facilitating introductions between members
Connecting members with relevant opportunities
Encouraging collaboration and engagement
Strengthening the regional membership community
Building relationships across the wider Meridian network
Events & Experiences
Liaising with Event Coordinators
Promoting events to members
Supporting member attendance
Welcoming attendees and guests
Gathering feedback following events
Assisting with regional member engagement activities
Administration & Coordination
Maintaining CRM records
Recording member interactions and activity
Completing membership documentation
Updating member records
Coordinating activity within your region
Working closely with fellow Curators and the wider Meridian team
Travel Requirements
This is primarily a remote-based role.
Most activities will be carried out within your own local area through meetings, networking events, business functions and member engagement activities.
You will be expected to:
Meet members and prospective members within your region
Attend local networking, business and social events
Participate in a weekly online team meeting
Attend a monthly in-person meeting with fellow Curators and the wider Meridian team

This is a performance-based opportunity operating under a commission-based structure.
