We’re looking for passionate Technical Trainers to join our growing team! 🚀
👨💻 POSITION: Technical Trainer
Core Technical Skills — Any one or more:
- ☕ Java + DSA
- 💻 C + DSA
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong programming fundamentals
✅ Good understanding of DSA and problem-solving
✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✅ Passion for teaching and mentoring students
✅ Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical & beginner-friendly way
✅ Confidence in conducting classroom/workshop sessions
✅ Willingness to travel to different locations for training programs
✅ Candidates with additional technical skills are highly preferred
💰 COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Probation Period: 3 Months
Stipend During Probation: ₹20,000/month
Based on performance during the probation period, candidates will be considered for full-time conversion with an LPA-based salary package.
