Role Description The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to student applications, admissions, visa processes, and partner university requirements. Daily tasks include collecting and verifying student information, drafting and formatting documents, updating internal records, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. The Documentation Specialist will also collaborate with counseling and operations teams to streamline documentation workflows, respond to documentation-related queries, and track document status for timely submission. The role requires attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to manage multiple documentation processes simultaneously.
Qualifications
Strong documentation skills, including experience with Documentation and Clinical Documentation in structured, compliance-focused environments.
Proficiency in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing for creating clear, user-friendly guides, checklists, and process documents.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to review, interpret, and validate information and requirements from students and partner institutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, Documentation, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in education services, admissions, or student counseling documentation processes is preferred.
