Role Description:
The Sustainability Analyst internship is a 6‑month, unpaid, remote role open to candidates from any country. Interns will support sustainability initiatives by collecting and analyzing data related to agricultural practices, resource use, and environmental impact. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in sustainability assessments, preparing basic sustainability reports, and contributing to research on corporate sustainability strategies and frameworks relevant to agri-tech. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance sustainable operations, and communicating findings in clear, well-structured formats. Interns will receive certificates and recommendation letters upon successful completion of the internship.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Knowledge or interest in corporate sustainability and sustainable agriculture practices.
Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards or frameworks is an advantage.
Competence in data analysis tools or software (e.g., Excel, basic statistics, or similar).
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal reporting of findings.
Background in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, economics, or related field (student or recent graduate welcome).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Interest in agri-tech innovation and willingness to learn new sustainability methodologies and tools.
