Role Description This is a temporary remote role for a Senior UX Designer. The Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end experience design for digital products, from discovery and user research through prototyping, testing, and refinement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user interviews and usability tests, defining user journeys and information architecture, and translating insights into wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints. The Senior UX Designer will also advocate for best practices in accessibility, design systems, and design thinking across the team.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to complex problems, creating intuitive and effective solutions.
Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews and usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Prototyping, using tools to create low- and high-fidelity prototypes for validation and stakeholder alignment.
Solid Visual Design capabilities, ensuring clear hierarchy, consistency, and accessible interfaces across platforms.
Experience leading UX efforts for digital products, preferably in cross-functional, remote teams.
Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar).
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a senior or lead UX role is highly beneficial.
