Role Description The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and conversion for sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers and copywriters, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role involves managing social media profiles, monitoring web analytics, supporting e-commerce initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. The coordinator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital activities with overall marketing and product objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess
Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration
Social Media skills to manage platforms, grow communities, and maintain brand image on the platforms.
Web Analytics and Digital Marketing skills to measure performance, interpret data.
Reaching out to influencers and closing the deals for collab.
Should be able to work independently to organize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns effectively.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience with digital marketing (agency, freelance, or internship).
Strong understanding of metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio, Shopify.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
