Finance Executive – Accounting & R2R

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) to manage bookkeeping, billing, accounting records and R2R activities across multiple Syscort entities
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries across multiple entities.
Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts and payments.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.
Perform bank, AP, AR and intercompany reconciliations.
Manage month-end closing and R2R activities.
Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions and journal entries.
Maintain accurate GL, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet.
Track AR/AP aging, outstanding bills, collections and payments.
Maintain records for expenses, payroll, subscriptions and corporate cards.
Support VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and statutory requirements.
Maintain entity-wise finance files, invoices, contracts and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, vendors and internal teams.
Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
Support improvements and automation of finance processes.
Requirements
2–5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GL, AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end closing.
Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred.
UAE accounting/VAT experience preferred.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
ACCA/CA/CMA is an advantage.
High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently.
Experience with Accounting & ERP Software like Zoho and etc
