Role Description The Graduate Teaching Assistant at PInterview is a full-time, remote role supporting learners who are preparing for academic and career-related interviews. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the design and delivery of online learning sessions, helping learners understand key concepts, and reinforcing interview-related skills, particularly in technical and quantitative areas. The role involves providing guidance during mock interview practice, answering learner questions via online platforms, and offering constructive feedback to improve performance. The Graduate Teaching Assistant may also support content development, organize learning materials, and collaborate with senior educators and industry professionals to ensure a consistent and effective learning experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and Education, with experience supporting instructional activities in an online or classroom setting.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for guiding and providing feedback to learners.
Candidates should possess Mathematics skills, with the ability to explain quantitative concepts relevant to academic and technical interviews.
Candidates should possess experience Working With Children or young adults, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a learner-centered approach.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field; current or recent graduate status is preferred.
Comfort with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and learning management systems.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple learners and sessions, and a proactive approach to improving learning materials and methods.
