Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator/Trainer role based in Belgaum. The Coordinator/Trainer will plan, organize, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for participants, ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and aligned with program objectives. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing training materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate records of participant progress. The Coordinator/Trainer will support communication with stakeholders, including learners, partner organizations, and internal teams, to ensure smooth operation of programs. Daily tasks include facilitating sessions, addressing participant questions, providing feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training content and methods.
Qualifications
Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
Experience in coordination or program administration, including scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling materials, records, and logistics.
Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, office productivity software, presentation tools) to support training delivery and coordination.
Ability to work on-site in Belgaum, collaborate with a team, and adapt to community-oriented environments.
Prior experience in education, training, community development, or related fields is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in education, social sciences, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
