The STEAM Coach for E-learning Lessons will be responsible for delivering interactive STEAM lessons for adults and young people.
This is a part-time, remote position, involving the facilitation of activities and the guidance of learners through experiential projects that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
The STEAM Coach will support learners during e-learning sessions, adapt teaching strategies to different learning needs and provide constructive feedback to encourage skills development.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with the educational content development team, updating and improving activities based on learning outcomes, and ensuring a safe, inclusive and creative learning environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
Ability to deliver structured educational sessions, lessons and workshops.
Confidence in using basic digital tools and e-learning platforms. Excellent Greek language skills and good English proficiency are considered important qualifications.
Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support learners and encourage critical thinking and creativity.
Academic or professional background in education, STEM/STEAM, pedagogy or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience working with children or young learners in formal or non-formal educational settings is considered an advantage.
Ability to manage small groups and maintain an inclusive, safe and respectful learning environment.
