Not just posting content or sending cold emails. We want someone who can:
Find communities, creators, businesses and potential partners
Start conversations and build relationships
Find collaboration and promotion opportunities
Get KastoChha into relevant conversations
Experiment with new ways to bring people to KastoChha
Follow up, keep trying and figure out what works
Basically, you see an opportunity, you go for it.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’re looking for someone proactive, comfortable with rejection, good at communicating, and willing to get their hands dirty.
