Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Warehouse Logistics Manager. The Warehouse Logistics Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory levels, and implement efficient supply chain strategies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing storage solutions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The role also involves managing logistics, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Warehouse Management, including inventory control, material handling, and stock reconciliation
Experience in Operations Management and streamlining warehouse workflows
Proficiency in Inventory Management and ensuring optimal stock levels
Competence in Supply Chain Management for planning, procurement, and logistics coordination
Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
