Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across Accelgrowth’s technology and services offerings. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role also involves managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams, preparing proposals and commercial quotations, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, contribute to market and competitor analysis, and support strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience in identifying prospects and building sustainable pipelines.
Solid business acumen and understanding of IT services, software solutions, and enterprise customers.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client presentations.
Account management abilities, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
Prior experience in B2B technology or IT services sales is highly beneficial.
Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor performance.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
