Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for DVBC and its MSME clients, including understanding hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and screening applications. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and providing input on selection decisions. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding, contribute to training initiatives, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports. Collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders is essential to ensure timely staffing and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess role fit and potential objectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with stakeholders and engaging candidates.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, with the ability to support onboarding and basic talent development activities.
Relevant experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably within consulting or MSME-focused environments.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams and client organizations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
