Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote Piramal Finance products, explain loan offerings, and guide customers through application and documentation processes. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursal and post-sales service. The role involves working towards sales targets, supporting branch-level business growth, and delivering a professional customer experience in line with company policies and compliance standards. The Sales Associate is expected to represent Piramal Finance in the local market, build relationships, and uphold the company’s values of trust and transparency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead handling, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain financial products clearly and interact with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills to understand loan products, assess customer needs, and work with data and documentation.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer cases, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in financial services, banking, or housing finance sales, particularly in retail lending.
Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; familiarity with local Bhopal market dynamics is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office, and be willing to adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
