Cadet Engineer

Job Description
What you will do:
The role of a Cadet Engineer involves gaining a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality, Operations, Package R&D, Engineering processes within the organization. As a cadet, you will be expected to study, conceptualize, and recommend improvements in these areas. You will work closely with assigned engineers, supporting basic experiments and projects. By the end of the cadetship, you should be able to present a comprehensive study of a chosen subject and recommend solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and grow your technical competencies within and across the assigned areas.
What you will need:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficiency in using computers for data analysis, research, and documentation is essential.
Experience in presenting to the technical forum, defending a thesis, or symposium is an advantage.
