Have you worked in Commercial / Business Banking Operations within a UK bank?
We’re hiring experienced banking professionals for a short-term project where your expertise will help review and evaluate AI agents on real-world SME and mid-market banking workflows.
💼 Role: UK Commercial Banking Operations Expert
💰 Payment: USD 345 for 1 completed task
⏱️ Workload: Approx. 11.5 hours
📅 Project Window: 28 September – 2 October
🌍 Location: Remote
🕒 Flexible: Complete the task around your own schedule
Relevant Experience
We’re looking for professionals with hands-on exposure to:
• Bacs, CHAPS, Faster Payments or SWIFT
• Payment processing, repairs, recalls, returns & investigations
• Mandates and authorised signatories
• Dual authorisation and online banking permissions
• Cash management, pooling and sweeping
• SME / mid-market business banking servicing
• Commercial banking account operations
Requirements
✅ 3+ years of UK commercial/business banking operations experience
✅ Relevant experience within the last 5 years
✅ Experience working at a UK bank
✅ Strong English communication skills
Relevant backgrounds include Payments Operations, Cash Management, Business Banking Operations, Commercial Banking Operations and Service Delivery.
