Role Description This is an Internship, Remote Back End Developer role based in Nigeria.
The Back End Developer will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that support web and mobile products.
Daily responsibilities include implementing business logic, optimizing database interactions, integrating third-party services, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and security.
The role involves collaborating with front-end developers and technical stakeholders to deliver well-structured, maintainable code.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, including experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge and experience one language (Java, Python, PHP)
Candidates should possess experience working with databases (MySQl), API design (REST), and version control tools such as Git.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience are beneficial.
