Senior Product Manager

About the Role
company is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Live Streaming & Short Video to lead product strategy, development and growth across its global consumer platform.
This is a senior product leadership opportunity for an experienced product professional who has built and scaled live-streaming, short-video or social products to millions of users across multiple international markets.
You will own key product areas spanning live streaming, short video, creator monetization, virtual gifting, payments and social engagement, working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, finance and Trust & Safety teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define the global product vision, strategy and roadmap for live streaming and short video.
Own the end-to-end LIVE experience, including multi-guest rooms, co-hosting, PK/battles, live chat, interactive effects and live events.
Build and scale short-video experiences covering content feeds, creation tools, effects, sharing and discovery.
Own the LIVE monetization ecosystem, including virtual gifts, coins, pricing, top-ups, payments and transaction flows.
Develop creator and agency monetization programmes covering levels, rankings, rewards, revenue sharing and payouts.
Analyze competitors and market trends across major live-streaming, short-video and social platforms.
Drive regional localization across content, gifts, events, pricing and payment methods.
Define and optimize product metrics including DAU/MAU, watch time, retention, paying-user conversion and ARPPU.
Use A/B testing, SQL and BI tools to drive product decisions.
Partner with engineering to deliver low-latency and reliable global streaming, including optimization for low-end devices and weak networks.
Work with Trust & Safety and Legal teams on content moderation, age safeguards, privacy and regional regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor and develop Product Managers and establish strong product practices across the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Analytics or a related field.
10+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital product management.
5+ years of experience in live streaming and/or short-video products.
Proven experience launching and scaling a social, live-streaming or short-video application to millions of users.
Strong expertise in virtual gifting, creator monetization, agency ecosystems, wallets, payments and in-app transactions.
Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, monetization and growth mechanics.
Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools and A/B testing.
Strong technical understanding of RTMP, WebRTC, CDN, transcoding, streaming latency and recommendation systems.
Experience managing Product Managers and working with large, distributed, cross-functional teams.
Experience with regional product localization, pricing and payment methods.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major global live-streaming, short-video or social platforms like TikTok | Instagram | YouTube | Twitch
