Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, accurate, and timely inbound, outbound, and storage operations.
You will lead and inspire a collaborative team of warehouse professionals dedicated to operational excellence, material flow optimization, and seamless service delivery for our customers.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Supervise and optimize daily warehouse operations, directing inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities to deliver accurate order processing within agreed service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including working closely with the Inventory Team Leader to manage inventory movements, resolve stock discrepancies, and implement root-cause corrective actions.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, safety regulations, material handling procedures, and operational quality metrics while maintaining accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3–5 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling equipment, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven ability in team leadership, multi-task prioritization in fast-paced environments, root-cause problem-solving, and tracking operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
High school diploma (preferably with coursework or background in logistics or a related field).
