🚀 We’re Hiring | Head – Commissioning
EIT Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Commissioning & Site Execution team for renewable energy projects.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: 5-10 Years
🏭 Industry: Renewable Energy | Solar | Wind | BESS | SCADA | PPC | EMS
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end commissioning activities for SCADA, PPC, HPPC, EMS, BESS & plant automation systems
• Manage commissioning teams, site engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Plan and execute FAT, SAT, site commissioning and handover
• Coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs and grid authorities
• Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, communication, networking and control-system issues
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards
• Manage site schedules, resources, technical escalations and commissioning documentation
• Support grid compliance testing and plant performance validation
• Lead multiple project sites and ensure timely project closure
🔹 Desired Technical Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
SCADA | PLC | PPC/HPPC | EMS | BESS | Modbus TCP/IP | IEC 61850 | IEC 60870-5-104 | OPC UA | Industrial Networking
Experience in Solar / Wind / Hybrid / BESS projects will be highly preferred.
