🚀 We're Hiring: Government Tender Executive / Bid Executive

Omninext Technologies is looking for a motivated Government Tender Executive / Bid Executive to identify, evaluate, prepare, and submit suitable government and PSU tenders for our technology projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP/e-Procurement and PSU/state government portals
• Study tender documents and check eligibility requirements
• Prepare tender summaries and Bid/No-Bid analysis
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents
• Maintain tender compliance checklists and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and OEMs for required documents and quotations
• Track corrigenda, deadlines, pre-bid meetings and tender results
• Maintain a structured Tender Tracker / Bid Pipeline
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids
• Research government procurement opportunities suitable for a technology startup
🔹 Requirements
• Good understanding of government tenders and e-procurement processes
• Experience with GeM / CPPP / government or PSU tenders preferred
• Good documentation and Excel skills
• Ability to read and understand tender/RFP documents
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to independently research new tender opportunities
⭐ Preferred
Experience working with tenders from organisations such as RailTel, AAI, BEL, BHEL, NTPC, Indian Railways, State Governments, PSUs or other government departments will be an advantage.
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
