Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead MOTKE Biotech’s online presence and customer acquisition efforts, translating technical tissue culture work into clear, compelling communication for growers and partners. This full-time, on-site role in Sangli involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating content that educates farmers, FPOs, and nurseries about disease-free planting material and contract propagation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing paid and organic lead generation, monitoring web and campaign analytics, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and coordinating with sales and operations to ensure qualified leads and consistent messaging. The Digital Marketing Manager will also maintain brand guidelines, manage vendor relationships where needed, and regularly report on performance metrics and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and brand positioning.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for platforms relevant to farmers, FPOs, and agribusiness stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including managing funnels, nurturing prospects, and optimizing conversion paths.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance.
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language.
Experience managing digital campaigns for agriculture, biotechnology, or related sectors is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on-site in Sangli, and interact respectfully with farming communities and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
