What You’ll Do
Build deep technical expertise in our client’s diverse suite of advertising products and solutions, providing consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising from client usage of advanced advertising solutions.
Escalate potential bugs and system issues to product and engineering teams, driving timely resolution and improvement.
Ensure a high-end customer experience by managing support for advertising-related issues and consistently meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
Proven experience with troubleshooting and effective ticket escalation processes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts and solutions into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with advertising technologies, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
