Transactional Lawyer | $90/hr Remote

Position: Junior Transactional Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
Apply objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
Requirements
Have strong relevant experience focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
