Milestone Group is a Brooklyn-based vehicle logistics company connecting dealers, auctions, exporters, carriers, and individual shippers through one network, from U.S. auction buying and domestic auto transport to international export and legal support for drivers. Four brands, end-to-end coverage for moving vehicles:
Milestone Brokers: licensed and bonded auto-transport brokerage for dealers, auctions, exporters, and individual shippers
Milestone Carriers: carrier network and dispatch for owner-operators and fleets
Milestone Dealers: U.S. auction buying and vehicle export via the Port of Poti
Milestone Legal: marketplace connecting drivers and carriers with traffic and transport attorneys
What you'll own
Campaigns: Meta ads for retail quote leads, retargeting, and the funnel from first click to booked car.
Content: planning and production for our main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Social: group and brand pages, plus leadership posts.
Launches: go-to-market for new brands and services across the group.
Measurement: inbound from carriers and dealers, cost per qualified quote, press pickup.
Leadership: this role anchors marketing across the group and leads the team as it grows.
What you bring
Experience: 1–2 years in marketing or social media. Internships, freelance, and personal projects count.
Sharp: you learn fast, spot what works, and cut what doesn't.
Hungry: you want real ownership early, not busywork.
Dedicated: you follow through. Campaigns ship on time, numbers get reported.
Knowledgeable: you know how Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn actually perform, including ads, and you're comfortable with AI tools.
English: strong, written and spoken.
A plus: interest in logistics or automotive; Russian or Georgian.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (remote), with working hours overlapping U.S. Eastern Time
