Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion. In this position, the Project Manager will plan project activities, coordinate schedules, track progress, and manage resources to meet deadlines and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expediting activities, overseeing inspections, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth material and equipment flow. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, preparing project documentation and reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage procurement follow-ups, delivery tracking, and schedule adherence.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, documentation review, and compliance with standards and specifications.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, material handling, and timely site deliveries.
Candidates should have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should have experience working in project-based environments; experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Candidates should ideally hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline.
Candidates should be proficient in using project management and productivity software and capable of working in a structured, deadline-driven setting.
