Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, enrollment growth, and engagement across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing content and creative development, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing activities based on data-driven insights. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, admissions, and academic teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and learner needs. The role also includes managing external agencies or partners, overseeing budgets, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the brand’s presence in local and international markets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing leadership, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategy.
Strong skills in digital marketing domains such as performance marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and the use of analytics tools to inform decisions and measure ROI.
Experience with content and creative management, including briefing, reviewing, and optimizing marketing assets and messaging.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Background in education or edtech sectors is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
