Role Description The Junior Dotnet Developer role is a part-time, remote position responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of .NET-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with senior developers to implement features using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. The role involves participating in code reviews, following established coding standards, and contributing to documentation and unit tests. The Junior Dotnet Developer will work closely with the development team to support ongoing projects, learn best practices, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
Candidates should possess .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC skills for web application development.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including experience with version control and basic testing practices.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and code quality.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and RESTful APIs is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
A degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
