Role Description
• Keep track of current contracts : validity checks, product checks, payment processing, and service checks.
• Onboard new suppliers, including managing the end-to-end documentation process.
• Coordinate with the product team to acquire new suppliers.
• Modify/add/delete current products with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet price expectations set by market research or product team inputs.
Qualifications
Strong research and data organization skills for identifying and evaluating potential experience providers.
Good communication and relationship-building abilities to coordinate with Suppliers and internal teams.
Basic analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets or simple reporting tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling supplier information, pricing, and availability.
Recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in the travel and experiences industry and willingness to learn marketplace operations.
