Role Overview

Travel Expectation and Compensation
This is a travel-intensive role where you will get the chance to work across multiple high-profile projects at high-security / data centre facilities in a wide array of European countries, including Germany, Belgium, Ireland, and Finland to name a few. If you enjoy travelling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures (whilst having all travel, accommodation, and food compensated for!), this could be a brilliant opportunity for you.
Typical rota: 3-4 weeks on, 1 week off
Salary: up to €85,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits outlined above + additional standard company benefits
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance requirements and performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision
Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and safety audits
Installing and maintaining equipment at both a local and global level, as per design packages
Programming and installing head-end equipment for access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems
Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and / or hardware at both a local and global level
Leading on-site software commissioning and testing
Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory
Performing take-off project drawings
Creating, documenting, and tracking RFIs
Design assistance and feedback
Documenting daily reports and project progress
Communicating project and team member issues / concerns to management
Creating and managing project schedule integration of intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems
Forecasting and managing project labour hours
Communicating effectively with Supervisors and subordinates
Guiding and mentoring Technicians
Experience Required
8+ years of electronics installation and / or maintenance experience for multiple systems and with multiple customer programs (with at least 3 years of this experience being within the Electronic Security Systems space)
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated time management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills are a plus
Key Requirements
Hold a valid driver's license; the position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle
Happy to stay away from home for 3-4 weeks (on average) at any one time
Qualifications
Vendor certifications in multiple intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems (C-CURE, Lenel, Identiv / Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, Bosch DIVAR, Aiphone, FFT, Windows operating systems) and experience in installing these systems.
