Location: Tricity (Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula)

Employment: Full-time (Probation: 2 months)
Salary: ₹25,000-30,000/month
Probation Salary: ₹15,000/month for 2 months
About BSTI
Bachpan Save The Innocence (BSTI) is committed to preventing child sexual abuse in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
through child rights education and survivor support. As a growing social enterprise, BSTI offers a unique
opportunity to work closely with the founder, gaining firsthand experience in NGO leadership, business model
development, and social impact
creation.
1. Institutional Outreach & Partnerships
• Lead outreach across schools, colleges, NGOs, and academic institutions to onboard partners for
workshops and programs.
• Initiate, negotiate, and formalize partnerships through MOUs with regional colleges and institutions.
• Identify partnership opportunities through LinkedIn research, alumni networks, strategic references, and
warm introductions.
• Prepare and customize proposals, pitch decks, and official communication aligned with institutional
priorities.
2. Government & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government bodies and officials.
• Draft and send formal emails, proposals, and concept notes to institutional and government stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely decision-making and
collaboration progress.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with principals, coordinators, government dignitaries, and key
decision-makers.
• Strengthen long-term institutional engagement to ensure program continuity and measurable impact.
3. Revenue Generation & Expansion
• Drive paid workshop outreach to generate revenue and support organizational scaling.
• Identify upcoming events, exhibitions, and college fests across the Tricity region to secure opportunities
for merchandise stalls and brand visibility.
• Explore new geographic and institutional expansion opportunities.
4. CSR, Funding & Grants
• Actively identify CSR collaboration opportunities and maintain a database of all companies and contacts
reached.
• Fill out relevant forms for grants and funding as needed, or escalate to the founder where required.
• Draft proposals for each prospective company and follow up regularly via email.
• Sustain established relationships to support future collaboration.
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Document all work efforts and provide regular, structured updates to the founder.
• Represent BSTI at sector events, government education forums, and corporate meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on business model refinement and organisational strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Based in / belonging to the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula), with established local
familiarity and network.
• Passionate about child rights, education, and gender-based issues, with a desire to learn the founder's
journey and grow into a bigger NGO leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or partnership management, preferably with
private schools, colleges, or CSR engagement.
• Experienced in dealing with government or school officials and comfortable navigating rejection with
resilience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with proposal drafting, M&E processes, and donor/CSR relationship management.
• Female candidates preferred to align with BSTI's survivor-centric approach.
• Must be proactive, self-driven, and mission-aligned to work closely with the founder in a fast-paced
environment.
• Must own a personal vehicle (recommended) with a valid driving license, as the role involves regular field
travel.
Terms of Engagement
• Probation period: 2 months from date of joining.
• Lock-in period: 1 year from date of joining.
• Retention bonus: ₹10,000 payable on successful completion of 1 year with the organisation.
Compensation & Benefits
• Probation period: ₹15,000/month for 2 months
• One on one interaction with our Advisory Board members.
• Close mentorship experience with the founder and involvement in high-impact social entrepreneurship.
