We deliver end-to-end solutions, ranging from conceptual design and spatial planning to full project execution and site supervision.
For the purpose of further expanding our professional network and presence in the UAE, we are seeking experienced, independent Business Development Partners to join our growth initiative.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, commission-based contract role designed for well-connected individuals with established contacts in the UAE real estate market.
As a Business Development Partner, your primary responsibility is to identify specific residential or commercial properties, real estate projects, or spaces in the UAE that require interior design, renovation, refurbishment, or other design improvements, and connect those opportunities with our studio.
This may include:
* Residential properties requiring interior redesign, renovation, or refurbishment
* Commercial spaces such as offices, restaurants, cafés, retail units, salons, and hospitality properties that need design improvements
* Newly purchased or leased properties requiring a complete interior design before occupancy
* Existing properties that need to be upgraded, restyled, or repositioned for sale or rental
* Real estate projects where interior design or design consultancy is required
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record and an established professional network within real estate, high-net-worth circles, property development, or architectural design in or connected to the UAE.
* Strong capability to operate independently and drive lead generation self-sufficiently.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive-level relationship management skills.
