Role Description The Production Department Field Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, supporting continuous production lines, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues. Daily tasks include following standard operating procedures, performing basic equipment checks, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The field operator assists with in-process quality checks, records production data accurately, and maintains a clean and safe work area in line with company safety guidelines. This role also involves communicating effectively with team members, supporting new operator training, and complying with all plant policies and standards.

Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and work in shift-based schedules is required.
A diploma, trade certification, or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical, chemical, or production engineering is preferred.
