Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist based in Vadodara. The Associate Dentist will perform routine examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and provide treatments such as fillings, root canal therapy, extractions, and preventive procedures. Daily responsibilities include formulating treatment plans, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The role also involves communicating treatment options clearly to patients, providing post-treatment guidance, and collaborating with the clinic team to deliver a high standard of care. Participation in case discussions, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives is expected.
Qualifications
Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS); MDS or relevant specialization is an advantage.
Valid dental registration/license as required by local regulatory authorities.
Clinical proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of common dental procedures.
Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and address concerns with empathy.
Commitment to strict infection control, hygiene standards, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Ability to work collaboratively within a small clinic team and manage time effectively in a busy practice.
Willingness to participate in professional development, learn new techniques, and adapt to updated clinical protocols.
Prior experience in a clinical setting or internship in a dental practice is preferred but not mandatory.
