DESCRIPTION
I am a Dubai-based real estate agent specializing primarily in Dubai Hills Estate and working with property owners, investors, buyers and tenants.I am looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me consistently generate and manage opportunities while I focus on client conversations, viewings, negotiations and closing deals.This is intended to become a long-term position for the right person.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLead Generation & Outreach
Send personalized cold outreach messages to property owners using my existing system, scripts and databases
Maintain a consistent daily outreach schedule
Record responses and update lead status
Identify interested owners and immediately flag them for me
Maintain Hot / Warm / Cold lead categories
Ensure every interested prospect receives the appropriate follow-up
Maintain follow-up dates and remind me when personal contact is required
CRM & Database Management
Keep my owner, buyer and tenant databases organized
Update notes and conversation history
Maintain next-action/follow-up dates
Identify overdue leads
Remove duplicates and keep data clean
Prepare a weekly pipeline report showing Hot Leads, Warm Leads, Potential Listings and Priority Follow-Ups
Social Media
Create simple real estate social-media posts using Canva or similar tools
Turn property listings and market information I provide into Instagram/LinkedIn content
Prepare captions
Schedule approved content
Help repurpose my property videos/reels into additional content
Maintain a simple social-media content calendar
Research & Listings
Conduct basic Dubai real-estate research
Organize listing information
Help prepare property information for marketing
Maintain records of available/current listings
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Excellent written English
Very organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
Experience with CRM systems
Comfortable with repetitive lead-generation work
Good Canva/social-media skills
Able to follow systems and instructions consistently
Real-estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with real estate agents is a major advantage
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Remote
Part-time, approximately 10–12 hours/week initially
Flexible working hours
Some overlap with Dubai working hours preferred
USD $270/month starting compensation
Initial 30-day paid trial
