Role Description The Remote Sales Closer is a full-time, on-site role located in Australia, responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers for Nexero’s clients. In this position, you will conduct scheduled sales calls or video meetings, present solutions aligned with client needs, handle objections, and negotiate terms within established guidelines. You will follow structured sales processes, document interactions in CRM systems, and collaborate closely with account managers and customer experience teams to ensure smooth handoffs after each successful close. Daily activities include reviewing lead pipelines, preparing for consultations, updating sales reports, and participating in ongoing training to refine closing techniques and product knowledge. You will be expected to meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining a professional, brand-aligned presence in every interaction.
Qualifications
Sales and closing expertise: Proven experience in consultative selling, handling objections, and closing deals over phone or video in a B2B or B2C environment.
Customer interaction and communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse prospects.
CRM and process discipline: Familiarity with CRM tools, accurate data entry, pipeline management, and adherence to structured sales workflows.
Target-driven performance: Comfort working with KPIs and quotas, ability to prioritize leads, and consistent follow-up to move opportunities through the funnel.
Collaboration and professionalism: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, represent client brands with professionalism, and adapt to different products and services.
Beneficial qualifications: Experience in call center or BPO environments, background in customer service or account management, and understanding of international markets.
Education and work style: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related fields is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Australia, maintain punctuality, and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
