Role Description The Senior Design Consultant role at PAUDHA is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The person in this role will lead end-to-end design projects for balcony and rooftop gardens, green walls from concept development through implementation. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their requirements, developing design proposals, selecting appropriate plants, furniture, and furnishings, etc. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and contributing to the continuous improvement of PAUDHA’s design offerings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide clear, professional guidance.
Proven sales abilities, including consultative selling, upselling related services, and managing client accounts.
Experience in interior design/balcony/rooftop design, particularly in integrating green elements into indoor and outdoor spaces.
Knowledge of furniture and furnishings suitable for landscaped and balcony garden settings.
Background in landscape design, horticulture, architecture, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee on-site execution.
Strong visual and spatial design sense, with proficiency in design tools or software (e.g., CAD or similar) preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Relevant degree or diploma in design, interior design, landscape architecture, or a related discipline is advantageous.
