Role Description
The Content Creator will develop original, brand-aligned content for multiple formats, including social media posts, short videos, blog articles, and campaign assets. In close collaboration with the design and strategy teams, this role will translate founder stories and brand positioning into clear, compelling narratives and visual concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, scripting and storyboarding, creating and editing multimedia content, and optimizing assets for different platforms and audiences. The Content Creator will also monitor performance, iterate based on insights, and contribute ideas to launch campaigns and brand activations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mannarkkad.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in content ideation, storytelling, and brand-aligned copywriting.
Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, short-form video production, and basic photo/video editing.
Candidates should possess skills in planning content calendars, organizing assets, and collaborating effectively with design and strategy teams.
Candidates should possess skills in audience research, trend tracking, and analyzing content performance metrics.
Relevant qualifications include strong written and spoken English, creativity with attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience with common content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms) and major social media channels is highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in communications, media, design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when supported by a strong portfolio.
