Role Description The Production Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dahej. The Production Operator will operate and monitor production machinery, follow standard operating procedures, and support smooth running of production lines. Responsibilities include handling raw materials, performing basic equipment checks, recording production data, and reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors. The role involves working closely with quality and safety teams to maintain product standards, adhering to housekeeping and safety guidelines, and assisting in changeovers and routine maintenance activities as required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including following quality checks and documenting results accurately.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and support Training activities, including learning new procedures and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Basic understanding of chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is beneficial.
Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and work in shift operations as required.
Prior experience as a production or plant operator in a related industry is preferred.
Minimum educational qualification: relevant technical diploma or high school education, as per company standards.
