Role Description The Founders Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operational activities, and special projects across business consulting, marketing, and technology services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, assisting in client proposals, supporting internal process documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The intern will help track key metrics, organize meetings, maintain project documentation, and contribute to planning and execution of growth experiments and business development activities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, data gathering, and basic business problem-solving.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with skills in creating presentations, reports, and structured documentation.
Comfort with technology tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms); interest in digital, consulting, or startup ecosystems is preferred.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders including founders, team members, and external partners.
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Prior internship or project experience in consulting, startups, marketing, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
