Role Description The Sound & Music Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The intern will support the sound and music team in daily tasks such as assisting with audio recording sessions, organizing and maintaining sound libraries, and helping create and edit sound elements for film projects. Responsibilities include preparing project files, supporting audio mixing and basic post-production workflows, and collaborating with directors and editors to align sound and music with visual storytelling. The intern will also participate in team reviews, take notes for revisions, and learn industry-standard tools and processes used in professional film sound design.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Music and basic musical arrangement for film or media.
Candidates should possess skills in Sound Design and Sound creation for cinematic environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Audio Recording and Audio Mixing for dialogue, effects, and music.
Candidates should have familiarity with digital audio workstations (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Reaper) and audio plugins.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to follow creative direction, and strong organizational skills.
Candidates should be able to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time in a fast-paced production environment.
Enrollment in or completion of a program in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Sound Design, Film, or a related field is preferred.
